Breast Augmentation

This patient is 38 years old. The patient’s height is 5'5". Before the procedure, the patient weighed 125 lbs. The patient had a preoperative bra size of 36B. 375 cc, round, smooth surfaced, silicone gel implants were used, giving the patient a 36D postoperative bra size. The implants were placed under the chest muscle. The after photos for this patient were taken 1 year after surgery.
