Breast Augmentation

This 40 year old patient was concerned about her breast size. She underwent breast augmentation surgery to provide fuller breasts and a more youthful contour. The patient's height is 5'4". Before the procedure, the patient weighed 115 lbs. The patient had a preoperative bra size of 32A. 300 cc, round, smooth surfaced, saline implants were used, giving the patient a 34C postoperative bra size. The implants were placed under the chest muscle. The after photos for this patient were taken approximately 1 year after surgery.
